Progress is stored on your device. Reinstalling the app or erasing the device can remove local progress.

Open Achievements and choose Sign In to Game Center. You can manage your Game Center account in iPhone Settings.
Open Settings from the main menu to adjust sound effects, music, haptics, and visual quality.
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, level number, and what happened. Screenshots are helpful. Email hello@remnantsecurity.com.
